Jewelry Crafting
The jeweller is in charge of bringing exceptional pieces to life, either by hand or using specialised machinery. They oversee the entire process, from conception to final finishing, ensuring that each piece meets the highest quality standards. Their skill and attention to detail reflect the tradition and excellence of the craft.
Polishing
The polishing specialist has the task of perfecting the surface of each piece of jewellery. Using different techniques and tools, they achieve an impeccable finish, bringing out the shine and texture of the metal. Their work is essential to ensure a perfect finish for each piece.
Setting
The gem setter is responsible for setting precious stones, such as diamonds, sapphires, rubies and emeralds, into jewellery. Their work requires precision, patience and skill to enhance the beauty of each gemstone, and our expert gem setters use a variety of techniques depending on the design of the piece. To ensure greater traceability of the stones, we have a separate area for this task to ensure the safety of the stones and peace of mind for the gem setters.
Casting
The smelter is a metal expert, in charge of casting and preparing alloys for the creation of jewellery. Their knowledge of metallurgy is key to guaranteeing the strength and purity of each piece.
Manufacturing and Machining Processes
Laser Cutting
We have high-precision laser cutting technology that allows us to work with materials such as gold, platinum and titanium. This process helps us to optimise design and production, achieving meticulous details in each piece. We have extensive knowledge of this technique and we have managed to machine parts using this process.

Design and Prototyping
Conceptualisation
We work closely with our designers to translate ideas into detailed sketches, defining the style and structure of each piece.
3D Modelling and Rendering
We use advanced digital tools to develop 3D designs and generate realistic representations of the jewellery. This process allows us to optimise thicknesses, volumes and finishes before production.
3D Printing and Prototyping
We have 3D printers for the creation of wax prototypes, allowing us to make quick and efficient adjustments. This technology gives us flexibility in the development of complex parts and in the production of small series.
Quality Control and Certification
Metal Analysis
We manufacture jewellery in gold, silver and platinum with certified alloys. Using X-ray spectrometry, we analyse and monitor the metal titre at each stage of the process.
Quality Assurance
Each part is thoroughly inspected with microscopes to detect any imperfections. We ensure that each piece of jewellery meets the highest standards before it is shipped. We also have a room equipped so that customers can carry out quality controls in situ if they wish to do so. We also offer the possibility of travelling to carry out quality controls at the client’s facilities, adapting to their needs.
Logistics and Shipping
We ensure that each collection arrives at its destination in the best possible condition. Our packaging team follows rigorous standards to ensure the safety of the pieces during transport and storage. In addition, we manage customs and international shipping to facilitate delivery anywhere in the world. We also have trusted partners specialising in secure jewellery shipments, such as Malca Amit, Ferrari, Prosegur and other leaders in high-value logistics.
